Shipping FAQ

How fast will my wine deliver?

Wine will deliver within 5-7 business days nationwide using standard shipping and within one business day in California. Please note, these delivery windows depend on the day and time we receive your order. We do not ship Thursday-Sunday to avoid shipping over weekends and reduce the possibility of wine being stuck for multiple days at a shipping facility.

Do you have any cut off times?

All orders placed before 11:00 AM PST, Monday-Wednesday, will ship the same business day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST on Thursday will ship the following Monday.

What are your shipping methods?

We will deliver your wine using a variety of methods including both air and ground. We'll ensure it arrives safely through the warm months. Our goal is to take the worry out of ordering and enjoying wine no matter what season. All packages will ship via UPS. If you require FedEx, please let us know or request FedEx in the order notes during checkout.

Does somebody 21+ have to sign for the delivery?

Yes. We are required by law to verify a person 21 or older is present to receive and sign for the package. You cannot pre-sign for the package and the carriers will not leave packages on your porch. If somebody 21 or older is not available on the first delivery attempt, the wine can become compromised and you may be subject to replacement costs. So please be aware of when your wine is delivering and use a business address whenever possible.

Will my wine have cold packaging?

During hot months of the year, or if an order requires it, we will automatically ship your wines in cold packaging. This packaging will help moderate the wine temperatures for 48 hours. Cold packaging is only available for orders containing 750 ml bottles. Don't sweat the heat or fear the cold, if we need to upgrade your delivery to get it there safely, we will, on us.

What if there's an issue with my package delivery?

We want to make it easy and worry-free for you to enjoy our delicious wines. We work very hard to make sure our wines arrive quickly and in top condition. But we need your help to make sure wines deliver on the first attempt to the correct address. If something goes wrong that was within our control, we'll make good on it for you. We only ask for your patience and understanding. Shipping wine isn't easy. Please email us at info@regusciwinery.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

General shipping information

  • You may request a future ship date during the checkout process as long as it is a business day.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • Most states require us to collect and pay tax on alcoholic shipments, even if they do not collect sales tax on normal goods and even if other wineries do not charge you this. In some cases, we may even have to collect tax on the shipping charges. Sorry, our hands are tied on this one.
  • Under certain circumstances, we may change the shipping method and hold your package due to extreme weather.
  • We reserve the right to alter or change our shipping policy at any given time.

Do you ship to my state?

At this time, we cannot ship to the following states: AR, GA, RI, KS, MS, NJ, SC, UT. If we can't ship to your state, you will be notified in your cart. For Alabama residents, we can ship directly to ABC Stores. Just pick one from the list. You will need a permit from the state and to include this special form with each order. Just fill it out and email it to info@regusciwinery.com.

Do you ship to my country?

We are working hard to ship our wines safely around the world. Currently, we do not offer any international shipping. Please contact us at info@regusciwinery.com for more information.
